In the past five years alone, more than US $630 Million in referrals were placed from New York City – to markets as diverse as New Zealand, Italy, and Japan, and across the US from Seattle to Miami. Today, Sotheby’s International Realty is excited to announce an entirely new activation for the global New York City audience. In partnership with the Sotheby’s International Realty Manhattan Brokerages, the Sotheby’s International Realty brand will be launching a new campaign in Times Square, showcasing properties from New York City and from around the world.
A series of Video Instants, made popular by the brand campaign on the Wall Street Journal and our affiliate and agent social media channels, will play on two large screens on the northeast corner of 42nd street and 7th avenue. The screens total 1,914 sq. ft. of viewing area, measuring 53’ H x 20’ W (vertical screen) and 22’ H x 34’ W (horizontal screen). The ads will play twice per hour, 21 hours per day, in an area where an estimated 1.5 Million people pass by every day. The campaign will run between August 1 and September 30, 2019.
